Entire House - 3BR 2BTH - 2 x Courtyards I Nespresso

We stayed here for 20 days while helping to host our daughter’s wedding in Adelaide. There were 7 of us, my husband and I and the bridesmaids. Upon arriving it was obvious it had not been cleaned well. We were very disappointed as prior to arriving we had read a previous guest complain of the same and had contacted the host before we flew overseas. He made it seem like it was the previous guests fault. But what we saw was the same issues. Garbage cans overflowing outside, no lawn care, sunrooms had previous guests trash, kids old toys in the cupboards, dirty cutlery and dishes in the cupboards, actual pieces of food in the drawers, stained dirty carpet in the main bedroom, globs of sauce on the couch and stained bedsheets. Under the beds was very filthy. We got in touch right away with the host, he said he had multiple houses to oversee and sent a lady with her child over to reclean days later. By then we had cleaned ourselves because the bridesmaids were due to arrive. He did replace the unworking vacuum but I felt he was not on top of his cleaning staff and instead excused it. It was a stress we did not need. While the house layout was great, the unprofessional cleaning was a real downer and upsetting to our vacation. I would not return to this vrbo. We have used many many vrbos and have never experienced this. Do not stay unless you check the sheets, under the bed and in the kitchen cupboards.

This is a wonderful location set in a peaceful neighborhood, offering easy access to public transportation and local amenities, making it an ideal choice. It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and an al fresco space, perfect for family or friends staying in Adelaide. We’ll be back!

Lots of repairs needed with the property including the side gate that we had to open with a screw driver, my husband had to repair the kitchen chairs before the family arrived. Hot water system needs looking at. All bins were full on arrival & had to request them to be emptied. Outside area not good at all with lots of cobwebs, garden area really non existent except for weeds. Cleaning needs a full overall with the windows VERY dirty, kitchen chairs dirty, sink sticky and old Hungry Jacks meal found in the pantry & the BBQ was filthy. The furniture in the living area really needs looking at as the lounge in the TV area couldn't be sat on, it was terrible and the kitchen chairs were basically unsafe. Very disappointing as it was a very important weekend for our family it was basically spoilt about all the things that were wrong with the house.
