Gem Apartment 3 - Courtyard I Beach I Koala Beds

There were only two issues with the property. 1. The car port was used to host a couple of apartments rubbish. When we arrived there was a pungent smell, rotting food etc this was right under the toilet window. This smell went through the apartment. 2. I'm an early riser and its impossible to not wake anyone else that maybe sleeping in the apartment due to the creaking floor boards. Apart from that quiet enough away from the maim streets and good walking distance into main shopping street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean property with everything you need to holiday with a family. Plenty of room to relax and for kids to play, beds were comfy, and nice and close to the tram stop. Added bonus of off st parking. Fantastic service and we would book again.

Very clean, homely and well equipped property. Ducted air conditioning throughout. Very comfortable stay. Very helpful communication with the owner.We managed to park our Prado in the car space.

Great location! Close to lots of cafes and playgrounds for the kids.

Very enjoyable, property has good range of very comfortable furnishings, the tram to city and the bay a short walk. Great coffee shops and supermarkets close by, this unit is in a quiet neighbourhood, I will be booking this for future stays.
