Gem2 is a run down apartment that has lacked appropriate maintenance. The list of problems is long and I won’t go into detail here but it’s pretty unacceptable to be listing this place as described, with the pictures which are grossly misleading.
We were moved to Gem1. This apartment was better but also had its issues (such as no working oven). There were other issues with our stay which were inconvenienced by the move of apartments, the problems in Gem1 apartment - just stay elsewhere as it’s not worth the price they are asking.
